HUUH PTY LTD builds and operates Phind, a mobile dating application (the "App" or "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you use the App or interact with us, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the App, including:

• Account information — name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and password.
• Profile information — photos, gender, sexual orientation, interests, and any other details you choose to add to your profile.
• Usage information — events viewed or selected, matches, messages, and general in-app activity.
• Device information — device type, operating system, IP address, and app version, collected automatically for security and diagnostics.
• Location information — approximate location, where enabled, to show relevant events near you.
• Matching preference data — self-rated attractiveness and partner preference indicators provided during sign-up, used solely within our AI matching algorithm (ARIA) to calculate compatibility between users. This data is completely private, never displayed on your profile, never shown to other users and never sold or shared with third parties for any purpose.
• Moderation and behavioral data — reports filed by or against your account, ghost status, account restriction history and related timestamps, collected and stored to enforce our community standards and Terms of Service.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• Operate and improve the App, including matching you with other users around shared events.
• Verify your identity and maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the App (such as cloud hosting and analytics providers), each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
